Why did we create this blog?

The Education Ambassadors SA blog was created to encourage writing and reading amongst black South Africans. We share articles, original material written by South African youth.

Education Ambassadors SA blog tackles issues involving education, leadership, growing up in South Africa and general opinions.

Organisation’s main and ancillary objectives:

Vision

– To assist underprivileged children by providing educational opportunities
– To inform unemployed youth on internship opportunities through the social media sphere, media and traditional ways i.e. word of mouth, school campaigns, workshops, conferences and events
– To work together with corporate companies in securing opportunities for the youth of South Africa
– To work jointly with schools, municipalities and communities in order to identify children and youth who need assistance

Mission

– To find creative ways to raise awareness and organise stationery for impoverished schools and youth
– To work together with the government in its educational projects as part of the upliftment of the youth
– To provide necessary tips and information in the most extraordinary and innovative ways
– Position Education Ambassadors South Africa as the number one supporter of a brighter future for all

Powers of the organisation

The organisation assists in informing youth with limited facilities to receive relevant opportunities i.e. bursaries, internship opportunities, graduate recruitment programmes, the importance of education and tips thereof

Organisational structures and mechanisms for its governance

The organisation is managed by Dimakatso Lukhele who is the founder. Volunteers who may be willing to assist will be welcomed as this organisation is open to everyone with the same vision of youth empowerment. Remember: “It is through education that the daughter of a peasant can become a doctor, that the son of a mine worker can become the head of the mine, that a child of farm workers can become the president of a great nation. It is what we have, not what we are given, that separates one person from another.” – Nelson Mandela.

it is with great honour that l learn about this cause. our youth need to take matters of education and economic empowerment as their number one priority. whining and pointing fingers will only increase the number of people to blame but won’t change our circumstances. please keep the good work.
